ILONA 2023
ILONA is a character exploring It’s identity trough internet-reality. The performance begins on Instagram from where it expands to real life and live performance. 14 Instagram length videos were created using a-dance-aday method and the set choreography of the live performance was crafted using the movement material of the videos. ILONA explores the differences between witnessing dance performance in a social media platform versus in the present moment.
